TK Supports Co.,Ltd. has been established since 2005 with a long term goal to be the best IT Solution Provider in South East Asia region. Currently, the company has been recognized and granted permission to operate under the supervision of Science Technology and Environment Agency (STEA) of the Government of Lao PDR.
At the beginning, TK Supports Co.,Ltd. operated under the business type of ‘Individual Enterprise’ mainly as an Internet Café due to high demand for local citizens and foreign travelers to access the Internet at that time. At the same time, computer system maintenance service was also provided on both contractual and ad-hoc basis for SMEs in Vientiane Capital.
Since beginning of 2005, businesses in Laos, especially tourism and handicraft industries, have begun to recognize the importance of having web presence. At the time, in addition to the existing services, TK Supports Co.,Ltd. started to provide website design and development service for those businesses. It is believed that TK Supports Co.,Ltd. was the pioneer of website design and development in Laos.
Because of high demand in other types of IT services such as web application development, customized IT training, outsourcing and consulting, the management of TK Supports Co.,Ltd. decided to increase the company’s registered capital and upgraded the business to be known as ‘ TK Supports Co.,Ltd..’ since 2005.
Since the middle of 2010, TK Supports Co.,Ltd. has been appointed as the one and only IBM Business Partner in Lao PDR to provide a full range of IBM solutions and supports.
